Summer Sweat Club: Free Pilates Class

Join us for a fun twist on our Icon in-studio Pilates classes! We're taking over George Lane Park Tuesday evenings for a 50 minute sweaty, mat pilates meets strength class.

Class is totally free! It's our way of giving back to the community that has whole-heartedly supported us from day one!

This class is appropriate for all levels and will include body weight strength exercises and barre/pilates style exercises.

Bring:
👟 workout runners
🧘‍♀️ a yoga mat (some moves will be floor based, and can be done on the grass if you don't have a mat!)
🍋 spare change for our Icon Kids Club lemonade stand! (all proceeds will be added to our big summer fundraiser for Rowan House)
💖the girls- sweating with friends is always better!
