Harvest Moon Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

Join Dawna and Carol at Healing Elements in High River during the powerful energy of the full Harvest Moon for an afternoon of rest, release and reset for body, mind and soul.

Begin with a gentle stretching sequence followed by Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) which is done on your back, fully supported with props.

Then settle in for a guided journey where the body sleeps and the mind remains alert, ready to shift limiting beliefs.

After Nidra, you will be bathed by Carol’s beautiful crystal bowls, chimes and drum as you let the vibrations lift your spirits and ground your soul.

Pack everything you need to be cozy on your back for around 30-40mins:
