We begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, honoring this ancient plant medicine as a guide for opening the heart, softening the mind, and awakening deep presence. As we sip this sacred elixir, we connect with our intentions, allowing cacao’s warmth to flow through us as it melts tension, expands awareness, and deepens our connection to the present moment.
The Movement Journey
