Healing Sound Bath & Yogic Sleep at Prairiewoods (in person)

Rebalance mind, body and spirit through the soothing, penetrating power of healing sound and vibration via singing bowls. Then drop into deepest levels of relaxation and peace through authentic, age-old yogic sleep (yoga nidra)—a reclined, meditative experience used by stress-reduction clinics, integrative health care and mystics who savor resting in blissful Oneness with The Sacred. We will close with prayerful sound healing, including a lower-octave bowl played on or near (your choice) the shrine of your heart. This time of relaxation at Prairiewoods (120 East Boyson Road in Hiawatha) is facilitated by Rev. Dr. Catherine Quehl-Engel, and the cost is $10.
