This is a very hands-on and practical training and the following subjects will be attended to:
* Personal Hygiene, Healthcare & Personal Growth (we start with the student and spend a session on personal growth with development tests, motivation, how to do financial and future planning, teamwork and overall well-being – Happy student, happy work!)
* The Cleaning Schedule (Planning & how to organize your day, week, month)
* Checklists and how to use them (we supply each student with 5 great lists)
* The Cleaning Kit (Newly available equipment and how to care for them)
* Cleaning products and the proper quantity and usage thereof (what is new on the market, which products work best and is the best value for money)
* We also teach them how to use environmentally safe products that are easily available for example white vinegar and even lemons!
* Each room in the house receives special attention, training & tips: Kitchen, Bathroom, Lounge, Entrance area, Hallways and other rooms.
* Laundry: Washing (products, caring for the machines, stain control – all the how to)
* Ironing (and iron care), Folding of clothes and bedding, storage care
* The perfect Bed (The how to and the why)
* How to deal with customer’s / owner’s bedrooms and personal property
* Special tips for cleaning difficult areas (We also look at many forgotten places)
* Communications Skills (Body Language, Greetings and Welcome, Telephone Skills and taking Messages, how to Introduce Customers and work staff)
* How to deal with Customer problems and Complaints
* 12 steps to a satisfied Customer – a step by step guide (golden nuggets!)
