Class description:

Out in nature, by the beautiful river wye! Start your weekend by practicing Yoga with us, feeling the earth under our feet, the sun on our skin, the gentle breeze… bliss!

Suitable for all levels, our Hatha Yoga classes grant us a beautiful union of mind, body, and breath. With a traditional yet inclusive approach, we delve into a journey of 'full being' Yoga. Our sessions include gentle mobility, dynamic flowing movement, incorporating balance and breath practices (pranayama) and guided relaxation (savasana). Variations are given.

Show up as you are, take what you need, leave what you don't.
