in the heat of the summer, this is your invitation to pause, reset, and realign with the rhythm of the season. restorative rest: radiate, is a deeply nourishing evening of stillness, designed to help you connect with your inner light through restorative yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation.

held in a deeply calming space and supported by long-held, fully propped poses, this session offers a gentle pathway to release tension, restore balance, and allow your natural radiance to rise from within.
