Starter Course in Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA)

Start your medieval martial arts hobby now! Our Starter Course covers the basic principles and exercises that you need to get productive in your HEMA training.

No prior experience needed. (Yes, we really mean none: people of all fitness levels are more than welcome, and you don't need any martial arts or even exercise experience.)

We'll start with basic body mechanics and footwork, go through some dagger plays and longsword handling, and get all the way into pair practice with longswords.

You need no gear to get going, just regular exercise clothes. Thin-soled indoor shoes are highly recommended.

Price 99 euros. Payment to FI23 5720 2320 3245 22 / OP. Put "Starter Course April" in the message.

If you're under 16 years old, please bring an adult at least to begin with. (They are also welcome to join in the class!)
