Souled Out is back, and with quite the bang! This time in collaboration with DNB Finland, we're bringing an absolute titan of liquid drum & bass: Etherwood.
As reflected in the name, Souled Out was formed out of a collective passion for soulful liquid drum & bass music. With each DJ bringing their own unique perspective to the subgenre, accompanied by the amazing voice of our singer Alexx, the dancefloor is guaranteed to be filled with pure funk.
Our revered guest, Etherwood, is a multifaceted drum and bass producer, DJ, singer and songwriter - known for his melodic, calming and unique take on electronic music. Etherwood has quite the connection to Finland, with his third album "In Stillness" being written and produced in a mökki in 2018, perfectly encapsulating the energy of the tranquil landscape of our home. Don't be fooled though, his sets range from gentle, soothing liquid up to gritty and deep dancefloor stompers.
His creative range includes remixes for artists like Rag ’n’ Bone Man, Pink, Lana Del Rey, Gorgon City, Tom Walker, Alex Clare, Enter Shikari, Above & Beyond, and more. He has toured all over the world and performed at iconic festivals such as Boomtown, Glastonbury, SUNANDBASS, Liquicity, Hospitality on the Beach, and countless other festivals and club nights. He might also be seen frequently travelling in his camper van, a hub for his creativity.
Souled Out and Grotesk are an inclusive space to dance, so we operate under a zero tolerance policy towards discrimination/harassment whatsoever. All of our events operate a safe space policy.
