Welcome to MRC Helsinki #ThirstyTuesday Social Run. This is a repeating calendar event for the Sprint/Summer 2025 season.
#ThirstyTuesdays start from our neon-lit homebase SalamaNation at 18:00 and finish with friendly post-run socializing over a crafty pint or two before getting ready for the next working day 👟👟🍻👩💻
The #ThirstyTuesday social runs are usually mid-paced 5K to 7K runs in one group. Depending on the mood of the day and who is joining, we can slow down or speed up, go longer or go shorter or even run multiple routes, always keeping it social.
Welcome! And remember, you don't have to be a runner to join, but you may well become one. That's what MRC is all about.
