MRC Helsinki 1st Saturday Run #94 – SEPT '25

September means warm days and chill evenings – may we recommend shorts & the club sweater for our 1st Saturday run #94 and the after party on SalamaNation's Patio!

Arrive a bit early for the pre-run briefing. Bagdrop is courtesy of our neon-lit homebase, as is the first post-run pint.

Three classic pace groups: easy 5K, relaxed 8K, zoomy 11K. (The longer the run, the faster the pace).

ps. While you're at it, bring along a new friend to the group — we'll make it worth both your while!
