Tule mukaan ilmaiseen ja kaikille avoimeen tapahtumaan maalaamaan tunteita ja rauhoittumaan Lapinlahden ihanaan puistoon. Aluksi tehdään ohjattu läsnäoloharjoitus, jossa skannataan kehoa ja tunteita rauhassa. Tämän jälkeen teemme kaksi ohjattua maalausharjoitusta vesiväreillä maalaten.

Tapaamme klo 13 ulkona päärakennuksen kivetyllä etupihalla ja jatkamme siitä puistoon. Läsnäoloharjoituksen jälkeen jaamme vesiväritarvikkeet, maalauspaperit ja alustat osallistujille. Sateisella tai kylmällä säällä olemme sisällä Valo-tilassa, joka sijaitsee Lapinlahden Lähteen päärakennuksen 2.kerroksessa. Ohjeet Valo-tilaan: Tule pääovista sisään, kävele eteenpäin Käytävägallerialle, käänny vasemmalle ja käytävän päässä ylös portaita. Valo-tilan ovi on portaiden päässä oikealla.
Pukeudu sään mukaan ja erityisesti tuulta kestävästi. Tapahtumaa ohjaavat suomeksi ja englanniksi Lapinlahden Lähteen Kaupunkiluontokeskuksen ohjaaja Ilona Rautiainen ja harjoittelija Viivi.

Join us for a free event, open to all, to paint your feelings and relax in Lapinlahti’s lovely park. We start with a guided presence exercise, where we scan our bodies and emotions in peace. Then we will do two guided painting exercises with watercolours.

We will meet at 1pm outside on the paved front yard of the main building and proceed to the park from there. After the presence exercise, we will distribute watercolor supplies and painting papers to participants. In rainy or cold weather, we will be inside in the Valo-tila, located on the 2nd floor of the main building of Lapinlahden Lähde. Directions to the Valo-tila: Enter through the main doors, walk straight ahead to the corridor gallery, turn left and go up the stairs at the end of the corridor. The door to the Valo-tila is at the end of the stairs on the right.
Dress for the weather, especially windproof. The event will be guided in Finnish and English by Lapinlahden Lähde City Nature Centre instructor Ilona Rautiainen and trainee Viivi.
