About the workshop
How do our values and boundaries shape who we are, especially when moving between cultures? This hands-on workshop is all about exploring what matters to you, how cultural shifts affect your sense of self, and how to stay connected to your values in new environments. Through conversation, reflection, and movement-based activities, you’ll get a chance to explore your boundaries in a supportive and interactive space. Expect a fully participative session that’s thought-provoking, engaging, and practical.
About facilitators
Eliza Hochman
I am a seasoned behavior change expert with over 20 years of experience in organizational development, leadership, and learning experience design. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with professionals and executives in global companies and startups, helping them navigate growth, resilience, and adaptive leadership. Designing transformative learning experiences that inspire lasting change is at the core of my approach—I strive to create programs that help people connect with new insights and perspectives in meaningful ways.
Currently, I’m expanding my expertise by training to become a counselor, where I can support individuals on a more personal level. This new path allows me to combine my background in behavioral science and leadership with practical strategies for change. My approach is compassionate, solution-focused, and centered on fostering real transformation in both personal and professional lives.
