Come move, breathe, and unwind with us in this all-levels yoga class designed to help you slow down and reconnect.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you're welcome just as you are.

Each session will gently weave together elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga—varying by day—and conclude with a final relaxation accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls. The focus is on relaxing, tuning into your body, and simply enjoying a little time for yourself. No pressure, no expectations—just space to stretch, breathe, and feel good.
- Mats and pillows are provided
- Feel free to bring blocks or any extra props you like
- Please note: this class is not suitable during pregnancy
