The World Dog Show 2025 – What will be the activities for the aussie people?
The Australian Terrier Club of Finland warmly welcomes all the visitors to Finland in August 2025!
Below you’ll find information about the schedule for the week: the shows and the Aussie Club’s events. The ATCF will provide more accurate info and some tips for the visit in the Club’s Facebook - page “Australian Terriers in Helsinki 2025”.
Wed 6 Aug from 5 PM: Meet & greet by the Finnish Aussie Club
The club organizes a get-together for all the Aussie people, Finnish and foreign visitors alike. We gather to an idyllic place in Helsinki, where old and new aussie friends may meet and get to know each other. The Club offers some snacks and refreshments, and there is a sales booth by the Club where you can purchase Finnish Aussie items.
If you arrive with your dogs, there will be a tent in the yard where you can leave cages etc. under a shadow.

Thu 7 Aug : The Circuit Shows – Group 3 Terrier Speciality
All the Circuit Shows are held in the same place as the WDS, in the Expo and Convention Centre Helsinki (the same place as the 2014 WDS). This year the Aussie Club does not organize an own Speciality but Aussies are of course part of the Terrier Speciality. The judge for Aussies is a long-term terrier specialist Mr Matti Luoso from Finland.
Fri 8 Aug: WDS for the Groups 3, 9 and 10
Terriers are judged at the first day of the WDS. The judge for Aussies is Mrs Justine Blyth from Australia (Tasmania). This is her first judging appointment in Finland. We do hope for a large number of entries from many countries.
