15H KATONAH WORKSHOP

In this intensive 15 hour training we'll go through the layers of our existence using the theory of Katonah yoga with Elisa Kuuttila & Olivia Falcon.

We will study the magic of breath, the physical (explicit/implicit) alignments and assisting (supporting) yourself and others.

We will discover how to:

° align the body by using the hidden geometry

° unravel the misalignments created by one’s muscle memory

° understand the layers and the personal timeline

° use and learn from the breath

° play with the chemistry of the body

° use the props

° assist and adjust others (and yourself) safely
