TAE and the Neighborly

This soul-pop/R&B group out of Wisconsin started making music together in an unconventional way. With each member living on a different floor of a 5-story apartment building, they were brought together by a shared love of cake-baking during the pandemic.

Now they're making waves with their big, brassy sound and enough funk to boot (think Lake Street Dive or Alabama Shakes).

They've been hailed by critics as “having more kick than a bagged-up mule” (Rotary Times) and their live show “…going down smoother than a can of beans warmed on the campfire” (Cowboy Gazette).
