A deeply calming and grounding yoga class designed to support your nervous system, restore balance, and reconnect you with yourself.
This gentle session uses supportive props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to help you relax fully into each posture, with no strain or effort required. We’ll weave together breathwork, mindful stillness, and guided relaxation to invite deep rest and inner spaciousness.
Each session includes:
- Supported restorative postures to release tension
- Breathwork to calm the nervous system and settle the mind
- Meditation and stillness to reconnect with your inner self
- Extended relaxation to nourish body, mind, and soul
Each week offers a themed focus—such as grounding, softening, clarity, or compassion—to inspire your practice both on and off the mat.
This class is perfect for complete beginners, those feeling stressed or depleted, or anyone seeking a gentle space to unwind.
Please note: You’ll need to be able to get up and down from the floor comfortably.
Cost: £8 per session when booking for the full month - if there is drop-in space the cost is £10.
