Sunrise & Steam: 2 hour session of Yoga & Communal Sauna

Begin with a 45-minute yoga practice on the pier at 7.15am as the sun rises over the sea.

This breath-led sequence is designed to gently awaken your body, steady your breath and clear your mind, preparing you to fully receive the benefits of the sauna.

Continue your seaside journey with just a two-minute walk to Samphire Sauna at 8.15am , also overlooking the water.

Spend a full hour in restorative warmth, while you gaze out at the sea and connect with fellow participants.

Leave feeling refreshed and revived for the weekend ahead.
