Sterling Silver Stacking Ring Workshop with Rachel Lamson
Friday, July 18 from 6-7:30pm

In this class each student will learn to cut, file, form, texture, and solder sterling silver. They will learn the basic knowledge it takes to create a set of stacking rings. Adult class 16+, open to youth 12 & up if accompanied with a paying adult Fine motor skills are needed as well as finger and wrist strength. All material, tools, and handouts will be provided by the instructor. Please bring a writing utensil and notebook for note taking if you wish. If you wear reading glasses, those are a MUST for this class.

Rachel Lamson learned the art of metalsmithing in 2012 and has been making sterling silver jewelry ever since. In 2018 she and her husband opened a brick and mortar store in downtown Baraga to showcase her work. In 2021 they expanded their space and started offering jewelry making workshops.
