Journaling for Memory & Meaning with Rehema Clarken

Whether you're brand new to journaling or want to deepen your writing practice, this one-time workshop invites you to reconnect with your inner voice. Through playful prompts, guided reflections, and creative techniques, we’ll explore journaling as a joyful habit, a way to preserve personal memories, and a starting place for creative writing. Come with your favorite notebook, pen, and a curious heart—you'll leave with fresh pages and inspired ideas Age 15+
Rehema Clarken is a writer, educator, and lifelong journaler. She teaches at Michigan Technological University and runs the Keweenaw Learning Center, where she supports aspiring writers and fosters creativity with heart. With over 20 years of experience teaching writing across age groups and cultures, Rehema brings a deep love of learning to every classroom. Wherever she goes, she carries her pen, notebook, and passion for meaningful stories.
