The Ideal Model is an art exercise for adults of any skill level. Students will do guided meditations with Psychosynthesis Life Coach Madeline Pintar on ways in which they under evaluate themselves and over evaluate themselves while doing free drawings that emerge from the meditations. Students will also have time to write anything that comes through or feels important for each step. It is encouraged to repeat the Ideal Model exercise more than once because we are constantly evolving. Students will learn the Ideal Model exercise with the goal of bringing awareness to the limiting, one sided, and false models we carry of ourselves. The exercise utilizes the creative art making process and gives space to shake off those false models in order to step into the ideal way we want to show up in the world. Paper and drawing supplies will be provided. Participants may bring any favorite drawing supplies if desired.This class is geared toward adults and youth 16 and up. The instructor is offering this class at no cost!
