Salsa Step and Stretch

This is a class where you will be dancing salsa shines. All levels welcome. Less talk, more dancing. I show you the move, we practice to music. Not just any music. Music of all sorts. You will learn how to dance Salsa to pop, rock, indie, jazz, hip hop, r&b, and yes, eventually to salsa. Let's see how the music moves you.

We start off the class with some gentle moving and stretching 1st, so bring some water and a good attitude and see you on the yoga mat!
