Sound therapy is a harmonizing experience recommended for many physical and emotional ailments. Throughout the session, the body will release endorphins and serotonin, allowing a jump start to restore your entire system.

It is recommended that participants bring a yoga mat, water, and a sweater or blanket.

Nadia Ishmail (Instructor): Owner of Stone and Shadow, creates safe spaces for holistic healing and wellness. As a certified facilitator of Reiki, Quantum Touch Healing, Herbalism, Multi Instrument Sound Therapy, Wellness Coaching and Cupping, Nadia is dedicated to holding space and opening conversations and connections in order to support healing and growth, no matter where you are in your life journey.

Stone and Shadow infuses Energy Healing techniques, proven Coaching practices and whole body care using pure skincare ingredients and botanics to ensure your wellness path is supported.
