Yoga in Nature

Join us for a restorative yoga experience open to all levels, set in a peaceful and picturesque natural setting. Surrounded by blooming gardens and the calming sounds of the outdoors, you’ll be guided through a mindful journey of gentle movement, breathwork, and sensory awareness.

This 75-minute class invites you to reconnect with yourself and the landscape through reflective yoga practice, followed by a meditative walk through nature. “Forest Bathing” has been shown to enhance immune function and reduce stress.

As you build strength, flexibility, and inner awareness, you’ll also deepen your connection to the local forest and the healing power of community. Your guide for this experience is Ami Jean Aubin, a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide.
