Sound Bath

A sound bath is a chance to reconnect with the energy of your body while enjoying the sounds of the space around you. Join us for an evening of mediation followed by sound from a gong, monochord, and sound bowl.

Using a variety of instruments, you may feel a variety of emotions from ethereal love to discomfort, and bliss to curiosity. No two instruments are the same and no two experiences are the same. Enjoy this hour of relaxation with childlike wonder and curiosity.

Please bring a mat, pillow, & blanket.

Instructor: Monica Dema

Monica is a Master Reiki practitioner with an ear for sound and frequency. Energy moves when music moves us, and she believes sound is one way that helps positively change our emotions and attitudes in our everyday lives.
