Come take a midday break for your mind, body, and soul. Walking outdoors in community with other women can do wonders for your mental health lowering stress, boosting mood, and reminding you that you’re not alone.

This casual one-hour walk is a chance to connect, reset, and support one another in a simple but powerful way. No pressure, just presence 💛
