Join Kerry Kaufman, Certified MELT instructor and discover how gentle, self-treatment techniques can erase pain and tension in your hands, feet, neck, and low back. Learn how to rehydrate your connective tissue, reduce inflammation, improve alignment, and feel fantastic—all using simple tools like soft rollers and therapy balls.

Each class is $20 and there's no obligation to attend all four—but we recommend completing the full 4-week series to experience the best results.
