All fitness levels welcome – exercises can be modified to suit your needs.

Meet Your Instructor, Dee
Dee brings a wealth of experience and certifications to every lesson. She is an ACA Level 2 Certified SUP Instructor, PaddleFit Core Certified, WPA Certified SUP Instructor, and Bliss Paddle Yoga Certified SUP Yoga Instructor. With additional credentials as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Human Movement Specialist (HMS), Dee combines expert paddling knowledge with a strong foundation in fitness and safety. She is also CPR/AED/First Aid Certified, Surfset Certified, and holds a Boater’s Safety Certificate, ensuring every session is both safe and effective.
