WHAT IS POWER VINYASA STYLE? During a Power Vinyasa class, teachers will create dynamic sequences that sync each breath with purposeful movement. You’ll experience a variety of poses that cultivate strength, endurance, focus, balance, and flexibility. Every Power Vinyasa class is structured with seated poses, sun salutations, standing and balancing poses, breathwork, and ends with a sweet sweet savasana.
