Shitake Mushroom Log Workshop

Wind Hill Community Farm is offering a workshop in cultivating shitake mushrooms.
Topics in the sessions will includes log preparation, inoculation, incubation, fruiting, maintenance and harvesting.
It’s an exciting opportunity to explore a new gardening skill and gain hands on experience in mushroom cultivation.

Each person will receive one inoculated shitake log along with informative handouts.
Cost $30 per person
