Pregnancy is full of advice… but so much of it stops at the birth plan.
This is your gentle invitation to go beyond that — to slow down, feel supported, and explore what you really need for birth and beyond.

Join us at Nest Glasgow on Saturday 14 June for a relaxed day of:

� Pregnancy yoga + movement tasters
� Mini workshops on birth, feeding, infant sleep & recovery
� Supportive chats, a warm cuppa, and calm company

Whether you’re newly pregnant or due soon, you’re so welcome. Come solo or bring a birth partner. Free to attend, but booking is essential.
