Energizing Breathwork: Experience a powerful breathwork journey designed to align you with your inner fire, expand your energy, and calm your nervous system.
Sacred Altar: I will create a sacred space with candles, crystals, and incense to support our journey inward. You’re welcome to bring an item for the altar—something that represents your growth, a personal intention, or a transition you’re honoring.
The Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience is an active meditation that uses the breath to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness, creating space for emotional release, deep insight, and inner healing.
This breathwork experience is set to healing music from around the world. You will be guided through a variety of breath patterns and holds. The music and breath work together—quieting the thinking brain, allowing the subconscious mind to process without the chatter. You will go into a powerful, deep meditation with ease.
It is an incredibly powerful healing modality that can facilitate deep emotional, psychological, and physical release.
No experience is necessary. Bring a journal, pillow, blanket, and an open mind.
