In this experiential workshop, we will explore anger not as something to fear, or a problem to solve, but as a source of energy that, when understood and moved, can become a tool for empowerment and healing.

✨ Understand The Role of Anger as a messenger, protector, and teacher

✨ Anger From a Different Lens: Energetic, Chinese Medicine, & Nervous System

✨ Engage in Somatic Practices to understand and bring clarity to your anger

✨ Use Qi Gong & Somatic Movement Techniques to release and transform anger

✨ Learn Breathwork & Awareness Strategies for emotional regulation

✨ Nurture Your Anger with Compassion instead of repression

✨ Integrate All The Learning with a closing Qi-Gong Practice, Meditation, and

take-home practices to continue your journey!
