Theme Alchemy is a 3-hour workshop designed for yoga teachers who want to move beyond surface-level theming and into the realm of resonance, subtlety, and integration. Whether you’re a new teacher experimenting with class concepts, or a more experienced guide craving inspiration, this immersive session gives you the tools to bring your inner world into your teaching with clarity & confidence.
Together we’ll explore how to draw themes from nature, myth, poetry, and personal experience, and how to embed them not just into your opening words, but into the pacing, rhythm, energy, and silence of your class. Expect movement, voice, creativity, and warm group exchange.

With 10 years of teaching and more than 1,200 hours of advanced training under her belt, Faye is deeply committed to guiding the next wave of yoga teachers with clarity, confidence and heart.
Her teachings are rooted in creative vinyasa, enriched by her studies in Ashtanga, Rocket, Mandala Vinyasa, Embodied Yin, and ceremony. Playing instruments since 3 years old, her love for everything sound and mantra mixed with movement infuses every offering with something memorable & felt.
After years of witnessing newly qualified teachers leave trainings unconfident in voice & space, she set out to create experiences that supports growth & self-trust.
