ABOUT KATRIN​

Katrin come from a background in dance and teaching, and have in recent years shifted her focus into breathwork and sauna sessions and continued her big passion for holding space for people. After experiencing some life changing events, she felt called to explore healing through these practices. In the past year alone, she held space for more than 400 participants, and each session is a powerful transformation that she feels lucky to witness.
