Saturday Long Run - 22K

This weekend we offer a 22K run in pace ca. 5:20-5:30 min/km (or slower if need be). We run to Utterslev Mose and along Fæstningskanalen and Harrestrup Å to Damhussøen and back via Grøndalsparken.

As per usual we meet at David's place (just ring the bell "3. Burmeister Kaaring") where we'll have some breakfast after the run. EVERYONE is welcome.
