"Rört Special #byMembers" are classes where Rört Members get a chance to practice their craft as teachers and spaceholders and share their practice.

EMBODIED FEMALE POWER - with Natasja & Amalie
Join us for a powerful class, where we will explore female strength and vitality. Through various playful practices we will let the body speak and allow freedom to express ourselves. We will cultivate courage to be seen and heard, and we will support each other in meeting the parts of ourselves we tend to hide.
We will draw upon elements from martial arts, alternating between punching, kicking, yelling, pushing, moving and connecting softly to ourselves and our bodies. We will practice repetition and work with both strength and softness. We will focus on consent and adressing boundaries throughout the workshop.
No prior experience of anything is needed. Every woman is welcome. Come as you are.
ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
We (Amalie and Natasja) are both karate-practitioners with a great interest in psychology, personal development, art, dance, movement, writing and spirituality. Through martial arts we have discovered a supportive community, more freedom to express ourselves and an ongoing curiosity in how we as women can access more vitality, joy and freedom.
