🌟 Extraordinary General Assembly – The Local Branch of Copenhagen 🌟
We invite all members of the Local Branch of Copenhagen to join our Extraordinary General Assembly on Saturday, 7th of September.
The assembly will take place from 11:00–13:00 at KU.BE (Dirch Passers Allé 4, 2000 Frederiksberg). We´ll be in the meeting room called LAB.
Afterwards, we’ll continue the day together with a cosy lunch 🍽️✨
📋 Agenda of the Day
- Election of a moderator, vote counter and minute taker
- Board’s report
- Treasurer’s report and presentation of accounts
- Discussion of proposals
- Election of board members and deputies
- Election of auditor and deputy auditor
- Any other business
✉️ Written proposals can be sent to the board before the general assembly, but any topic can also be debated under point 4: Discussion of proposals.
☑️ Costs:
Transporation will not be covered. However, the local branch will buy lunch for everyone.
