Gwyneth’s Gift Foundation is coming to Germanna to provide quick, hands-on training in hands-only CPR and AED use—skills that take just minutes to learn but can make a lifetime of difference.

When someone suffers sudden cardiac arrest, immediate CPR can double or even triple their chance of survival.

Gwyneth’s Gift is on a mission to increase survival rates across Virginia, and it starts with empowering students like you.
