Free Sunday Workshop: How to Cook in an outside cob oven

Learn the basics of cooking pizza, bread, beans, and other foods in an outside, wood-fired cob (or masonry) oven. Taught by people who have cooked in such outside ovens, growing up in rural villages, or by doing it for many years. Learn how to bring the oven to the appropriate temperature, cook and bake common daily food items, and how cooking and baking in a cob oven can also be a community activity. Also, learn the common problems to avoid, and the best ways to continue learning about this time old way of cooking.
