Join us for a heartfelt somatic movement session facilitated by Amanda Calkins as part of our Summer Solstice Day of Wellness at Wild Willow Farm.
Please note: This session is a facilitation, not a therapy session. Amanda is not a licensed somatic therapist. She is holding a safe, supportive space where we can explore the healing power of natural movement, rhythm, and energy in community.
During this session, participants are invited to channel the natural rhythms of their bodies through free, intuitive movement to music. You are welcome to request songs that feel personally meaningful or supportive to your healing journey. Music will be played throughout the session as we move together—each at our own pace, with no right or wrong way to be.
Facilitated somatic movement can help awaken and release stagnant energy that becomes stored in the body. By tapping into your body’s inner rhythm and allowing organic, intuitive movement, you can support the restoration of balance, promote emotional and energetic flow, and align more deeply with your body’s natural circadian rhythms.
This is a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with your body’s wisdom, awaken your senses, and celebrate the vibrant life force within you.
