Tarbin Gardens is a five-acre botanical garden in Franklin, NH. Surround yourself with the beauty and sounds of nature with this hour long, Sunday morning Yoga Class.

Ease into your Sunday with the gently grounding, slow flow yoga class designed to awaken the body and calm the mind. We’ll move mindfully through a series of accessible postures, linking breath with movement to create space and release tension. No experience necessary, this class is perfect for all levels and offers a nurturing pace to reset, restore and prepare for the week ahead. Expect deep stretches, conscious breathing and a peaceful vibe to start your Sunday with intention.

Please bring your own yoga mat or towel to practice on, a water bottle and your sense of adventures! Class by Sheri Hoard
