Community Movement Class at Yonder

Need a reset after a long week?
Join Patti this Saturday July 5th 9am on the lawn at Yonder for a rejuvenating morning of mindful movement, fresh air, and community connection.

This outdoor class is designed to help you unwind, recharge, and feel more at home in your body. Here's what you'll experience:

✅ Movement to melt away stress and ease tension
✅ Stretching and mobility to release overworked muscles
✅ Nervous system support to help you regulate and restore
✅ Deep body awareness and gentle core activation
✅ The joy of being outdoors and connecting with others

Bring your mat and a bath towel—Patti will guide you in using the towel to support your body, deepen your stretches, and enhance your core engagement.

Class is donation-based ($10–15 suggested)

Come for the movement—stay for the magic. After class, wander into Yonder and treat yourself to some weekend goodies.
