Guided Hikes - BioBlitz 2025

Have you ever wondered what kind of cool plants and animals can be found in Alabama? Do you love Little River Canyon? This event is for you!

Join us Friday, May 30th to Saturday, May 31th to help us document the flora and fauna of the park. We will be exploring the park with scientists, naturalists, students, and professors (oh my!) and the public is encouraged to join us.

Sign up for any of these free, guided hikes and come explore the Little River Canyon with us!

Friday, May 30
- 10:00 AM: Guided hike on Powell Trail
- 1:00 PM: Guided hike on Beaver Pond Trail
- 7:30 PM: Guided night hike to Little River Falls
Saturday, May 31
- 7:00 AM: Birding at Canyon Mouth Park
