Ipsalu Practice & Heart Space with Nayano

South Florida Community!
I am following an inner call and flying back to Fort Lauderdale to hold one Ipsalu class.

Special treat: Bhaskar and musicians will be starting off the evening with a Kirtan Chant. (like old Urban Namaste times!)

After the chant we will have our introductory Namaste circle, followed by an Ipsalu ASATE practice leading into silent meditation and gentle heart connection.

I hope many of you can attend. It will be beautiful to reconnect our community.
