You're invited to Prairie Lakes Church for StrongHer, a dynamic morning dedicated to women's health and wellbeing! We'll start with a short devotional followed by an educational session with a local health professional. We'll wrap up with an energizing REFIT workout! Be sure to bring water and a yoga mat/towel.

Whether you're looking to kickstart your wellness journey or level up your routine, StrongHer is a celebration of strength, balance, and empowerment.
