Somatic Yoga

Somatic yoga is a very deep releasing workout. Thru certain moves we are helping to remove traumas, stress, resistants, while also balancing cortisol and hormones. In this 45 minute class you will also deepen your relaxation and feel more grounded and connected to yourself.
