First Course
Potato & Smoked Turkey Timbal Salad
Gouda cheese and paprika mousseline, garnished with a quail egg, Kalamata olive, heirloom tomato, and micro herbs.
Second Course
Salmon Kulebiak
A savory salmon pie filled with salmon, rice, mushrooms, herbs, and spinach. Served with dill mustard sauce.
