These times are not normal. We don’t feel okay. We feel overwhelmed, frozen, anxious and afraid. It feels as if we’re grieving.

The frenetic call to action, while essential to meet this moment, is exhausting. If you need permission to rest, escape the grind, and nourish your body and mind, join us. We will rest, meditate, breathe and tune into joy.
